3. AI-Generated Content
Replyo uses artificial intelligence to generate review reply suggestions. These suggestions are provided as-is. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and posting any AI-generated content under your brand name.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Replyo does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Replyo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
